1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blinké mobile app and website. By accessing or using Blinké, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Purpose of the App

Blinké provides tools to help track dry-eye symptoms, triggers and blinking habits.
Blinké is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult an Optometrist or medical professional for diagnosis or treatment.

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Blinké for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app

  • Provide inaccurate information

  • Use the service in a way that harms others

 

4. Medical Disclaimer

Blinké provides general wellness support only.

 

It does not:

  • Diagnose medical conditions

  • Provide medical treatment

  • Replace professional medical advice

 

Seek medical attention for persistent or severe symptoms.

 

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • Ensuring your information is accurate

  • Informing us of any unauthorized access

 

We may suspend accounts involved in misuse.

 

6. Free Features & Subscription Services

 

Blinké offers:

  • Free basic features

  • Premium features available through a subscription

Subscription Terms

 

Blinké offers two types of premium subscriptions:

  1. Premium Monthly - auto-renews at £9.99 a month

  2. Premium Yearly - auto-renews at £49.99 a month

 

Subscriptions are managed via the App Store / Google Play Store. Billing is handled via the respective platform

 

  • Payment - will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase

  • Auto-Renewal - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewals by going to your Apple ID > Subscriptions (for IOS) or Google Play > Subscriptions (for Android)

  • Price Changes - Prices may change; you will be notified

  • Refunds - all subscription refunds are governed by Apple and Google's refund policies. Please refer to there respective refund policies for more information

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and materials within Blinké belong to Blinké. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the service
    You may delete your account at any time.

 

9. Liability

Blinké is provided “as is” without warranties.


We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Misinterpretation of wellness guidance

  • Health outcomes resulting from app use

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the United Kingdom.
